This may come as a shock but both Victoria Secret and Pink are struggling to grab a younger audience! How young? College students. Shockingly enough their current audience is 35 or older. Not the young audience you were probably picturing. There are a number of things both companies are doing to help gain that back. The famous PINK bus tours college campuses as an effort to capture the attention of that audience, but their ads and products are changing too. Adding more lounging clothes such as sweatpants and making the ads more appealing. According to their data younger woman prefer flirty not sexy.
