UH OH! New Phishing Scam Targets Paypal and Amazon Users! BEWARE!
Holiday season is here, and so are the hackers trying to get your accounts. Every year MILLIONS of people fall for Phishing scams which gets your information stolen, like your name, address, bank info, card info and more. Recently emails have been sent out that looks like it is from Amazon or Paypal, both emails are completely different- the Amazon one says it can not confirm your address on file and asks you to click and update. The Paypal Email states the user changed it’s password recently and wants you to click to update your information and prove you are you by sending a picture of your license or Passport.
THESE EMAILS LOOK REAL but they are not. Look for slight spelling errors. If you are EVER in doubt do not click ANY links in the email and go straight to the site yourself. Take a look at the emails HERE so you know what to look for
