UPDATE!! Great News Everyone a Los Angeles Superior Court judge REJECTED Kohl’s request to toss this class-action lawsuit he ruled that there is enough to the plaintiffs’ complaint on Kohl’s Cash to allow the case to proceed to trial! SO FAR this is only for the State of California but if this goes to trial and settles and Kohl’s does not fix it nationwide, more class action lawsuits will pop up.
For anyone who has ever used Kohl’s cash, here is a new class action lawsuit you will want to keep an eye on! Kohl’s cash can be confusing, because it is not really cash, but a coupon that is applied before all other discounts. And the terms of which Kohl’s Cash can be used is so confusing! It has to be used on a full priced item before discounts which makes the customer spend even more. This case has not settled yet, but keep checking back with Yes We Coupon as we will tell you as soon as you can claim.
