Publix has just released a voluntary food recall on their ready to cook Salmon and scallop florentine gratin.
“As part of our commitment to food safety, potentially impacted product has been removed from all store shelves,” said Maria Brous, Publix media and community relations director.
The specific products recalled were sold in Publix stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee. These products were recalled due to possible glass shards that may have been processed into the food. There has been no reported cases of contamination, but Publix encourages people to return the product if they are concerned.
