Purex Class Action
Whoa! Henkel Brands, the maker of Purex has agreed to settle a $1.5 million dollar class action lawsuit. The suit alleges the “Natural Elements” description on the detergent is untrue and misleading. The detergent contains several synthetic ingredients, not natural elements.
The settlement will allow consumers to claim between $2 and $4 for each bottle purchased. No documentation or receipts are required for up to 10 bottles. You would have had to have made the purchases between May 19, 2013 and March 8, 2019. It is NOW Open for Claims. You have until July 22 to file a claim.
