Today at Target, I was tooling around trying to find some great clearance or other unadvertised deals to share with you guys when I came upon this great deal. I found this Graco FastAction 2.0 Travel System for only $89.16. It’s regularly $259.99!
I was leery about the “as-is” sticker, but a Target employee informed me that all online returns are now processed as “as-is” returns. Meaning there was likely nothing even wrong with it; it just got bought online and returned in-store. Plus, if it’s defective then I can still return it to Target and get my money back. Score!
I grabbed it and took it home… and it’s perfect. Everything is still wrapped in plastic. It doesn’t look like it’s ever been opened!
Moral of the story: don’t write off “as-is” items. They can be little-known gold mines!
And if you’re in the baby section of your local Target, make sure you’re on the lookout for this. It could be that the item was otherwise clearanced out and can be found at a discount other Target locations, as well!
Target Clearance prices are YMMV (your mileage may vary.) They can vary based on store location. Prices may not drop at the same time at every store nationwide. In most cases these items WILL go on clearance at some point in the near future. These items are often seasonal or discontinued. Be patient and keep checking back if an item is not marked down yet or is still priced higher than you are willing to pay.
