A proposed Class Action case had been made against the Mega Beauty Retailer ULTA that alleges customers have been short-changed when returning items purchased online in-store. The suit claims the company policy clearly states consumers are entitled to a full refund on items purchased online even if they return them in-store.
The plaintiff in this case is claiming the store shorted her on the tax she paid for the item when she made the return despite having all the proper paperwork and packing slips that came with her order. The class action lawsuit alleges there would be thousands of potentials claims if this case gets approval to move forward. Stay tuned for any future developments on this case!
