In the last 2 years, there have been a host of recalls for many infant sleeper chairs for a huge risk of injury of even death to babies. There is a pending class action lawsuit against Graco for many of their infant chair sleepers and rockers being advertised as safe, but in reality they pose a serious risk.
The class action claims the head tilt these chairs allow has potential to slip a baby’s head into a dangerous position where she or he cannot breathe. Graco issued a recall on one of their models since fatalities on other similar products had been reported. To find out more, click below.
