Google To Face A Class Action Lawsuit!!!!

Google is the biggest world wide web information service provider.  They also provide Chromebooks for students to use in schools around the world.  However amongst this epidemic,  with students bringing home their Google Chromebooks to do school work on, it now turns out there is a Class Action Lawsuit held against the popular search engine, Google.

According to this Class Action Lawsuit held against Google, the chromebooks they provide use a softwear called G Suite for Educational.   In order to access this software students need to enter in information, plus do facial scans or voice recordings for identification purposes.  Students who use these computers and this software have gotten their biometric identifiers collected in a way that goes against federal laws.  Google also has gotten access to lists, videos watched, personal information such as physical address and telephone numbers that are recorded.  For children under the age of 13, you are supposed to get parents permission to use the software.  In the long run, this could potentially end up costing a lot of money in the near future or possibly identity theft.   Do you have a child at home that uses Google Chromebooks for school work?  If so you’ll want to follow up on this class action lawsuit.  You can sign up for updates by clicking the MORE INFO button below.
