Dangerous Baby Food Warning
Uh oh! With all the scary recalls out there lately, from Ritz Crackers, to Goldfish Crackers and even cereal- Now there is a warning on Baby Food. As a parent, how much do you really know of what is inside of baby foods like Rice Cereal, Baby Food Jars, Or Puff Cereal?
I imagine like me you would be surprised to find out there are heavy metals inside most of the food. Consumer Reports tested a lot of well known baby food from brands such as Parent’s Choice, Beech Nut, Plum Organics, Gerber, and even Earth’s Best and 2/3 of those were found with alarming amounts arsenic, cadmium, and lead.
All the products though tested positive for Heavy Metal inside. Consumer Reports also said this: “Fifteen of the foods would pose potential health risks to a child regularly eating just one serving or less per day.”
