If you use AT&T for cell phone service, you may be able to claim some cash in the future. The FTC has slammed AT&T with a $60 MILLION dollar settlement. AT&T is being accused of running a “bait and switch” scam with their unlimited data plans.
This case has been pending for nearly 5 years. AT&T had been found to be quietly making changes to its data plans but no changes to how they were advertised.
