Amazon recently settled a case for $1.2 Million for illegal Pesticide Sales. Apparently third party sellers listed and sold Illegal Pesticides in the US through Amazon’s Website from 2013-2016. Some of which were stored and shipped from Amazon’s Warehouses. Over 4,000 products of pesticides like Chalky roach bait powder was sold in the US to individuals. a Federal Offense in which Amazon had to pay fines and refund customers back. While no news outlet states which pesticides these were so we know what to look for, Amazon has already refunded customers back for these purchases and taken the listings off the site.
