A Crock Pot For 69 Cents?
First I want to Thank Veronica in Our Glitch Community for sharing this. Every states is different regarding laws on mis-marked items. Some states say the store has to sell it to you and some states do not. My question is what do you think and what does your state say?
Recently went to Walmart and saw a display of crockpots in the center isle and it even had an open box display and the price on the sign was $.69 they didn’t honor it saying that they weren’t finished putting up the display and the associate fixing it had gone to lunch. I called corporate and they said it was up to the manager that they couldn’t do anything about it. I even wrote to them also and again I was told the same thing. I still have the pics of the display. What do you’ll think? Should they have honored it?
