Catalina Coupons Not Printing?
It happens to the best of us. We plan out a deal, write down your game plan, clip your coupons, and shop. Then there’s that moment after your receipt pops out and you look hopefully at the Catalina machine, and it stares back at you in silence. Your Catalina didn’t print out! Now what?!
- Before your transaction even begins, always peek over the register and verify the little green light on the store’s Catalina machine is turned on.
- The simplest thing to do (in my opinion) is to go straight to Catalina Marketing. Many store employees may not know what a Catalina even IS. Many times Catalina promotions are unmarked on store tags, and they don’t have a current list of what Catalina promos are currently running. Always be polite and courteous to your store cashiers, this little snafu is not their fault! ;-)
- Call 1-888-826-8788, or you can file a claim online! Go to Catalina Marketing Support and fill out a simple form and they will research it and help you out. My recommendation is to fill out the form as completely as you can. Although uploading a picture of your receipt is optional, take the time to do it. More info is always better and often leads to a quicker resolution time! 2-4 business days is the normal time of resolution. They will mail you the replacement coupon.
