Huge Dollar General $28.5 Million Settlement, Do you Qualify? Dollar General has settled over misleading consumers on their Motor Oil that they sold in stores. Dollar General mislead consumers into thinking that their motor oil was safe to use in cars newer than 1930. This caused tons in damages as the motor oil was in fact not safe.
